Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) Opportunity - Alhambra Post Acute
Location: Martinez, CA

Alhambra Post Acute is looking for dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNAs) to join our team! If you have a passion for helping residents regain and maintain their highest level of independence, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide restorative care to residents, including range-of-motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and mobility training. Daily, weekly & monthly weights. Weekly documentation of RNA program.


• Collaborate with the nursing and therapy teams to support residents' rehabilitation goals.


• Monitor and report progress to the nursing team, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, with RNA experience preferred. Electronic health record Point Click Care. experience preferred.


• Compassionate, attentive, and reliable with strong teamwork skills.
