Description: Our client is currently seeking a LPN - Home Health

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Home Health Northern Butler County


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Licensed Practical Nurse is a direct patient care position providing nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
  
  


• Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of PA.


• Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver's license. Independently visit patients in their homes.
