For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,800 - $241,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are seeking a seasoned, highly analytical, individual with a background in corporate strategy / management consulting/ FP&A to join our team as a Strategy Consultant for our Investments Planning Practice. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth research and analysis on business data to provide actionable insights into investment opportunities, focusing on both short-term and long-term growth. They will play a pivotal role in developing and communicating strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging resource benchmarking to enhance investment governance strategies. Additionally, the Strategy Consultant will develop analytical methods to track and report on KPI's (including ROI) , conduct off-cycle performance analyses, and navigate ambiguity while building new organizational capabilities.

What will you do?


  • Perform Comprehensive Analysis: Deliver actionable insights into investment opportunities, emphasizing both short-term returns and long-term growth. Develop strategic scenarios to highlight benefits and trade-offs, aiding decision-making processes.

  • Develop Business Scenario Models: Structure, build and refine business & financial models to support strategic initiatives and investments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market conditions. Support building a clear assessment of the business impact of investments working closely with the Finance team

  • Communicate Strategic Initiatives: Effectively convey strategic initiatives in relation to financial plans using data analytics and financial tools. Maintain a strong partnership with the NAM Strategic Planning practice.

  • Collaborate across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams and utilize insights from various business units to enhance investment governance strategies.

  • Leverage Resource Benchmarking: Partner with the Commercial Resource Planner and Human Resources to incorporate resource benchmarking into investment theses.

  • Enhance Analytical Methods: Continuously refine analytical methods and reporting cycles to ensure alignment with established KPIs (including ROI) and performance metrics.

  • Conduct Off-Cycle Analysis: Perform off-cycle analyses based on existing reporting systems to provide timely insights for strategic adjustments, maximizing investment impact in dynamic business conditions.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, P&L drivers, and the interrelationship between top-line and bottom-line performance.

  • Proven experience in strategy consulting with an emphasis on financial analysis. Investment governance experience preferred.

  • Data modeling using excel and / or other business intelligence tools

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
