Main Responsibilities:



As External Manufacturing Data Strategy Senior Leader, you will be playing an important role to drive and accelerate our data and digital deployment across External Manufacturing & Supply organization, as key pillar of the modernization of our organization towards faster and more efficient decision making, process standardization to deliver best-in-class performance.




  • Lead the next steps of EM&S digital evolution by accelerating deployment of EM&S data foundation leveraging on Corporate Snowflake data-lake as well as the deployment of Advanced Analytics and AI capabilities across the full EM&S organization.


  • Propose and drive EM&S Data Strategy to support next steps of EM&S growths (size, complexity and performance)


  • Partner with our Digital group to ensure fast deployment of EM&S data foundation into Snowflake solution according to business needs.


  • Build all data views and tables in Snowflake to support operational teams and answer to their needs in terms of reporting and analytics.


  • Work closely with project team on collaborative platform with CMOs to integrate and expend data into our Data Foundation.


  • Support operational teams in developing real time CMO performance management tools and monitoring across organization.


  • Drive fast and insightful decision-making within the organization, leveraging on AI/Plai technological platform and on complex data sets. You will lead and engage EM&S teams to propose/develop correlations between different data sets in order to accelerate predictive solutions deployment to become best-in-class External Manufacturing organization.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and deploy data-driven solutions to address key challenges.


  • Design and implement predictive models, working in close collaboration with Digital and Plai/aily labs teams, to optimize business processes and enhance CMO & virtual sites performance metrics.


  • Interpret findings from data analysis and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization through compelling visualizations and presentations.





About You





  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field.


  • Proven experience (10 years or more) working as a data scientist preferably in similar international business industry (pharmaceutical would be a plus).


  • Previous experience working with Snowflake is required.


  • Advanced knowledge and experience on AI technology and machine learning implementation projects.


  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.


  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
