Responsibilities:

• Determine maintenance requirements and lead the flawless execution of equipment repairs


• Collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement preventative maintenance programs


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance


• Conduct thorough equipment analysis and investigation to ensure production targets are achieved.


• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Engineering or related field preferred


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment


• Exceptional knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems


• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced environment
