Central Valley School District Director of Facilities and Grounds Position responsible for day to day operations of all district facilities to include: 4 buildings, athletic facilities, maintenance garage, and district owned vehicles. Supervision and development of work schedules and assignments for custodial staff, grounds staff, and maintenance technicians. Must be able to develop and manage a $500,000 plus budget and oversee capital improvements projects as well as plan for preventive maintenance. Qualifications: 3 years of staff management experience required in the fields of custodial, maintenance, and grounds personnel. Strong leadership skills in a supervisory capacity is required. A technical degree or certification in the building trades is preferred.
