Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Executive Specialist in Commercial Bank. This role will support the CEO of Commercial Banking, one of the five lines of business within Wells Fargo. You will you be responsible for calendar management, expense report processing, travel logistics, meeting routines to include senior leader meeting offsite management, and execution on other administrative tasks specific to the CEO's role.
In this role, you will:
Execute on the following tasks:
Proactively maintain an accurate CEO calendar; reflection of commitments at least 3 weeks in advance (adjustments made as needed)
Timely management of scheduling meeting requests
Respectful of scheduling conflicts particularly for other senior leaders who need to attend.
Timely expense report processing / management. Submits and completes check requests via AP.
CEO travel logistics (flights, hotels, and car services)
Support CEO meeting routines to include Op Co agenda logistics (uploading/distributing documents, organizing attendance) and partner with the Chief of Staff for content.
Support CB Senior Leader offsite meetings to include location logistics, working with events team, meal ordering, ensuring space has correct equipment for meeting needs, etc.
Support CEO market visit travel logistics.
Manage pre-clearance requirements for CEO (i.e., client entertainment, gifts, government officials, etc.)
Act as CEO Proxy for different systems (i.e., WorkDay, Concur, ICCard, eprocurement, etc.).
And perform these tasks in the following ways:
Ensure utmost confidentiality.
Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools.
Appropriately review and escalate customer issues or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation directed to executives.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Professionally interact with shareholders, regulatory agents, media, and internal and external customers.
Exercise strong judgment in execution of direction from the CEO.
Develop and maintain knowledge of the Commercial Banking business, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, Teams, and SharePoint) skills
Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments.
Knowledge and understanding of intricate domestic and international travel planning.
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with board members and senior executive-level leaders.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
Acts to maintains a reputation of partnership, teamwork, results-orientation, and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
Experience working with other internal Executive Admins in a large enterprise environment.
Experience supporting external and internal facing partners such as regulators, board members and OC level individuals
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.
This position requires 4 days in the New York office during standard business hours and work all days CEO is in NY office.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $48.46 - $86.15 Benefits
