We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Senior Lead Marketing Consultant) to support our independent financial advisor channel, Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (FiNet). This role will serve as the primary liaison between FiNet leadership, WIM Marketing, and the group of over 550 independent financial advisory businesses that operate within FiNet. As a member of the Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management Marketing organization and a member of the senior leadership team for the FiNet business, this role will be accountable to deliver value added marketing consultation, services and content to the businesses FiNet supports, including creating and delivering education on marketing, branding, social media and digital strategies to independent financial advisor business owners and their staff.
In this role, you will:
Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities and projects that directly support or assist in implementation of growth opportunities for FiNet's independent business owner clients.
Support the recruiting of new independent financial advisors to FiNet, by presenting marketing capabilities to prospective advisors and supporting the transition of marketing efforts for advisors coming to FiNet.
Ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance regulations and policies. Resolve complex and unique challenges and collaborate across business lines to develop long-term solutions.
Provide vision and develop sales and growth strategies for FiNet's independent advisor practices.
Analyze and interpret trends and build subject matter expertise to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing.
Lead cross functional teams and large-scale projects to develop marketing strategies and meet business objectives.
Collaborate with other divisional marketing managers to problem solve and create new tools for financial advisors.
Serve as a mentor and coach for less experienced individuals.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms (i.e. mobile or social media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience in one or a combination of the following of the following industries: Wealth Management, Brokerage or Financial Services
5+ years of experience in the independent financial advisor or Registered Investment Advisor channels
Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and execution including digital marketing and social media.
Experience developing and executing marketing strategy aligned to data driven business outcomes such as increased client acquisition, share of wallet growth and financial advisor recruiting
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate to drive business outcomes for financial advisors
Experience interacting and partnering with all levels of associates, financial advisors, and business units on marketing strategy
Expert knowledge and understanding of wealth management services and advice delivery
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional presentation skills
Ability to create dynamic marketing related PowerPoint presentations including charts and graphs
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $111,100.00 - $237,100.00 Benefits
