Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr Capability Manager to join their dynamic team. This remote role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in claim management and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
As a Sr Capability Manager, you will be responsible for specific services, functions, and solutions, playing a critical role in delivering products to market and managing internal business functions. Your role will require alignment to business and product strategy, effective design and development, and ongoing management of the capability portfolio across its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive capability vision, strategy, priority, and roadmap, engaging appropriate stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment.
- Manage the capability and its usage across businesses, using a defined development process.
- Maintain awareness of broad market trends, with a deep understanding of relevant business and product strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to enable successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of capability.
- Manage ongoing capability performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and lifecycle decisions.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with claim management.
- Knowledge of claim adjudication platforms.
- Experience with claim attachment/medical record capabilities that leverage technology to improve operational quality and decrease provider administrative burden.
This role will allow you to apply your expertise to solve problems, interpret policies, and assist others with complex issues. You will act as a leader and mentor within the organization, taking a broad business approach and serving as a resource to senior leadership.
