Our client is seeking a dedicated Capability Manager for their Trail Claim team. This remote role is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in healthcare, particularly those familiar with claim management and adjudication platforms.
As a Capability Manager, you will be responsible for specific services, functions, and solutions, playing a critical role in delivering products to market and managing internal business functions. Your work will involve aligning capability management with business and product strategy, designing and developing effective solutions, and managing the capability portfolio across its full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the vision, strategy, priority, and roadmap for capability, engaging with stakeholders across the enterprise for awareness and alignment.
- Manage the capability and its usage across businesses, using a defined development process.
- Stay aware of broad market trends and maintain a deep understanding of relevant business and product strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to enable successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of capability.
- Manage ongoing capability performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and lifecycle decisions.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of business strategies, market needs, and client insights. You will establish relationships with internal businesses for the adoption of capabilities and understand the capability lifecycle. With your expertise, you will represent, manage, and engage with businesses credibly.
Please note that the successful candidate must complete a background check and drug screen upon offer. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the healthcare industry, particularly those familiar with UnitedHealthcare, United Health Group, Optum, and OptumRx.
