The Executive Assistant will be responsible for executing confidential, high-level administrative assistance for executive team and their direct reports. They may also aid other leaders based on availability and alignment with corporate initiatives.
Compensation:
Hourly Wage: $28.30- $31.15
(candidates with significant related experience may be higher and pay rate is dependent on office location)
Work Schedule and Office Location:
This is a full-time, hourly position located at Royals Corporate Center in Eau Claire WI. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed.
Training:
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
In addition, this position is part of Royal's workplace flexibility program and may be hybrid after training and being proficient in the position, which is typically the first 4-6 months in the role. Candidates must be able to commit to the first 4-6 months being in-person. Please Note: We reserve the right to extend the training time in office as necessary.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
Associates Degree in Administrative Professional, Executive Assistant, or Business Management or related job experience.
Three (3) years’ experience working in the field of Administrative Support.
Coordinate, participate in, and/or assist with corporate meetings, various departmental and strategic meetings, and business meetings. Take minutes during meetings.
Manage executives’ correspondence, calendars, and contact lists, in a timely manner while proactively prioritizing sensitive matters and seeking efficiencies and improvements.
Manage small to complex departmental projects, leading teams and/or meetings through project execution including planning, documenting, and implementing projects to ensure project outcomes meet the high-quality needs of the project owners and stakeholders.
Possess high ethical standards and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Work efficiently and effectively under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
Produce accurate and high-quality materials, data entry, and transactions.
Exhibits a high degree of expertise in technological skills including computer, software, systems, tablets, audio visual control systems, multipurpose printer/copier/fax machine, etc.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
Five (5) years of experience as an executive assistant.
Certifications relating to the profession.
