Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for an Engineering Clerk. Located on the widest stretch of beach in Waikiki. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that has have the drive and passion in providing memorable experiences for guest!

Classification: Full Time

Shift: AM/PM (may include weekends and holidays)

Hourly Wage Range: $26.04 - $32.55

What will I be doing:

As an Engineering Clerk, you would be responsible for providing dispatching services and office support to the Maintenance/Engineering department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Performs clerical and administrative duties to ensure the prompt and efficient maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities.
• Answers telephone inquiries, records and distributes messages and prioritizes and dispatches calls accordingly.
• Processes work orders and trip tickets.
• Performs accounting tasks, including processing and tracking purchase orders and requisitions. Maintains, organizes and files shift logs.
