Your Role:

• Provide individualized physical therapy treatment plans to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• Educate residents and families on therapy techniques to support ongoing care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in WA


• Strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation excellence.
