Motus is seeking a strategic and technically proficient Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind optimizing our marketing automation processes, enhancing campaign performance, and supporting pipeline generation across the organization. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and RevOps, to ensure flawless execution of campaigns, implement process improvements, and deliver actionable insights through data-driven reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS marketing operations, with hands-on experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Demandbase. You will use these platforms to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and improve the alignment between marketing and sales teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within a SaaS environment, particularly around customer acquisition, retention, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Position Duties:
Optimize Marketing Automation: Lead the administration and optimization of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Demandbase to streamline lead generation, championing, and conversion processes. Implement sophisticated workflows, integrations, and automation to enhance the customer journey from prospect to customer.
Campaign Execution & Process Improvement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms, etc.) in alignment with revenue goals. Continuously improve campaign workflows to minimize errors, optimize performance, and increase campaign efficiency.
Lead Scoring & Data Management: Develop, implement, and optimize lead scoring models that align with sales objectives. Automate and manage lead imports from multiple sources and ensure consistent data quality across HubSpot and Salesforce, supporting better segmentation and personalized campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance data and identify trends and insights that drive decision-making and process optimization. Supervise and assess crucial indicators like customer acquisition cost (CAC), marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and sales qualified leads (SQLs) to determine the effectiveness of marketing efforts in generating revenue.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to align objectives, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement in lead management, campaign execution, and sales handoff.
Compliance & Data Quality: Ensure all marketing processes and data collection comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and standard methodologies in SaaS marketing. Maintain a strong focus on data hygiene, privacy, and governance, particularly across Salesforce and HubSpot.
Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in SaaS marketing, including advancements in account-based marketing (ABM), predictive analytics, and marketing automation driven by AI. Find opportunities to incorporate these technologies into the marketing tech stack to optimize results.
Desired Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or related roles, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Proven experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Demand-base. Experience with additional SaaS platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or Iterable is a plus.
Expertise in SaaS marketing strategies, including account-based marketing (ABM), customer segmentation, lead scoring, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
Strong understanding of sales-marketing alignment, lead nurturing, and the SaaS sales funnel.
Analytical approach with a track record of using data and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of data management standard methodologies, including lead quality management, segmentation strategies, and CRM management.
A proactive approach with an ability to discover opportunities for operational improvements and lead process optimization.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams to achieve company-wide goals.
