Your Mission:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll have the freedom to innovate, disrupt, and deliver unparalleled talent sourcing solutions for high performing sales leaders and roles focused on manufacturing and fulfillment solutions.


What You'll Own:




  • Create New Paths to Talent: Craft unconventional sourcing strategies that include leveraging social media campaigns, niche platforms, cutting-edge sourcing tools, and creative outreach initiatives.


  • Build Talent Ecosystems: Develop dynamic and scalable pipelines of high-potential candidates who don’t just meet expectations but exceed them.


  • Human-Centric Engagement: Personalize outreach with compelling storytelling to foster genuine connections and build excitement around our brand and roles.


  • Insight-Led Influence: Analyze market data, competitor insights, and industry trends to continuously optimize sourcing techniques and inform recruitment strategies.


  • Collaborative Partnerships: Serve as a thought partner to recruiters and hiring managers to define world-class candidate profiles and craft unforgettable candidate journeys.


  • Leverage Emerging Tech: Experiment with AI-driven sourcing tools and explore innovative technologies that keep our strategies ahead of the curve.


What You Bring to the Table:

Key qualifications include:




  • Proven Success: 2+ years of sourcing experience, preferably focusing on sales and/or operations roles.


  • Out-of-the-Box Mindset: A natural ability to break away from traditional methods and invent new ways to find and engage talent.


  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search techniques, and AI tools like ChatGPT or HireEZ.


  • Data-Driven Approach: Comfort with sourcing metrics and using data to refine processes and prove results.


  • Communication Brilliance: Exceptional writing and relationship-building skills to cut through the noise and capture candidate interest.


  • Agility: Quick on your feet, thriving in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
