Job Summary:
The Talent Sourcer partners with our recruiting team and internal hiring manager to find and attract highly sought-after active & passive talent for our critically important roles. You will have a direct hand in proactively building talent pipelines to deliver sustainable long-term talent solutions to teams across all of our lines of business.
Partner with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand the business needs, role requirements, and candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position
Here’s What You’ll Get To Do:
Create and implement targeted sourcing efforts and innovative outreach programs to attract a talent
Source for talent through a variety of techniques and technologies, including social, Boolean search, and relationship building
Identify and implement key strategies and partnerships, including professional associations, local government agencies, recruitment conferences, community outreach programs & events, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of work experience in sourcing or recruiting candidates with a heavy emphasis on research, sourcing, and/or recruitment
Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, inclusive of Boolean searching, data mining, professional networking, passive candidate cold calling, and innovative sourcing techniques
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
Agile and able to balance a high volume of searches simultaneously while retaining top-quality results
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)Excellent time-management skills
Experience using talent intelligence tools to create informed recruiting and sourcing strategies (Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Talent Insights, etc.)
