Education/Experience:
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities, however, may require occasionally taking charge of a specific project. Also, may be asked to train operators for any new procedures in assembly or test.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Communicate effectively with co-workers, engineers, and supervisors.
Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in basic math and advanced mathematical concepts related to engineering.
Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret data.

Physical Demands: Physical demands may require to occasionally lift 50 lbs or more with extended periods of standing, kneeling, or leaning over equipment while troubleshooting. Good vision is essential due to working with small parts as well as good color vision and depth perception. Use personal protective equipment as required. Adherence to safety regulations and awareness is extremely important.
