Position Summary:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of sitewide equipment and machinery. This includes diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, calibrating machines, and implementing and sustain a preventative maintenance plan to reduce unplanned downtime. The role involves coordinating with external vendors for machine repairs and maintenance while maintaining effective communication with site leadership. The technician will assist with the installation of new equipment and actively work to identify and resolve root causes of equipment failures. Additionally, the position requires maintaining spare parts inventory, tracking machines KPI's to improve performance, and managing maintenance costs.
