The Data Exchange Leader on our USIS Team will be responsible for driving the data policy, strategy and data collection for Equifax's partnership with the NCTUE exchange.
This role will work across operations, technology, product management, compliance and legal to define Equifax's exchange strategy and ensure adherence to guidelines for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This a hands on individual contributor role that will be based ideally in our Alpharetta, Georgia or Atlanta, Georgia office 3 days/week.
What you'll do
Manages data acquisition for our exchanges, clients/ customer / vendor relationship and EFX engagement within the account and with key sales leaders associated with data contribution; demonstrates ability to expand customer/partner reliance on EFX as a trusted advisor.
Fosters and maintains customer/partner/vendor trust by developing strong working relationships with key client decision makers and influencers.
Proactively conducts research to identify possible new external sources for the data, analyzes data to understand its benefits and then communicates findings to further influence data decisions and strategies
Drives strong data pipeline development and execution; prepares reports and other data supplier documentation.
Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements value-added solutions to strengthen relationships with customers, providing insights on downstream outcomes and recommending alternative solutions to customers when their requests are not in their best interests
Help drive alignment between all key stakeholders for the onboarding process, resolving conflict where it occurs and continuously improving to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitors market and industry dynamics / competitor dynamics. Proactive, explain the strategy "tell the story" for SLT
Develops plans to help furnishers address data quality results, issues, and opportunities
What experience you need
Minimum Bachelor's degree in related discipline; Master's Degree strongly preferred
Minimum 10 years of related data strategy and enablement experience
Minimum 5 years of experience building business partnerships, facilitating value-driven conversations, negotiating complex deals and managing business relationships
What could set you apart
Negotiating experience and interactions with vendors. Drive compliance control defaults, data maintenance on web channels.
Cloud certification strongly preferred
Experience in simultaneously managing the expectations of multiple companies, either in a sales-oriented or consortium governance role. Solid perspective in managing expectations, risks and rewards for many engaged parties at one time.
The ability to manage multiple high-impact projects at the same time.
