Job Description:

OVERVIEWiTech AG is seeking a highly motivated UX Designer to join its diverse team of technical professionals. In one of the most exciting times to be in iTech AG, the individual will be designing web portals for our federal customer’s Technology, Innovations, and Partnerships program.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Document requirements, and review quantitative and qualitative metrics, surveys, and other artifacts.

  • Identify user/stakeholder groups, conduct discovery sessions and interviews, and synthesize research findings.

  • Build 15-20 key wireframes, and validate them with stakeholders and users.

  • Review current style guides and brand guidelines and/or other creative documentation.

  • Analysis of UX/UI best practices in existing applications and digital products

  • Leverage existing branding to create a digital product style guide and streamline future development efforts – in particular for ServiceNow implementations.

  • Review style guide and wireframes with the client.

  • Design artifacts handoff, plan for future roadmap, and establish long-term UX strategy.

  • Other duties as assigned 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience designing for mobile and web applications.

  • A strong passion for and experience working with complex design systems that span multiple products.

  • Proven record of strong interaction and visual design skills.

  • Experience with InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop or comparable design tools

  • Experience with Figma or comparable tools for designing and developing wireframes

  • Strong communication and presentation skills - written, verbal, and visual.

  • Proficient with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.

  • Comfortable in a highly collaborative, demanding environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to deliver work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure consistency.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Time management skills and ability to deliver in a challenging environment.

  • People skills with a track record of providing excellent customer service.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Industry design certificate or certification.

  • Design experience for large-scale enterprise-level cloud solutions

  • Demonstrated mastery of enterprise-level reports, tools, and strategic perspective.

  • Prior US Federal Government security clearance.

  • Consulting experience is a plus

SECURITY CLEARANCE

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust

  • Pursuant to a federal government contract, US Citizenship is required.
