We are seeking an accomplished Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager with substantial experience in the cruise or broader luxury travel and hospitality industry to spearhead our financial planning and analysis initiatives. This pivotal position will drive the financial strategy, forecasting, and analysis efforts, playing a critical role in shaping our company's financial future and strategic direction. II. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial strategic planning process, working in tandem with executive leadership to develop and refine the company's long-term financial strategies and goals
Drive the company's financial performance by identifying and implementing cost savings and revenue-enhancing initiatives

VI. Education and Experience:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within finance. Experience in strategic planning, investment analysis, and senior-level financial decision-making is essential
