Set up new prospects and complete customer data entry according to procedures.
Process audits, order loss runs, run proposal and generate loss summaries.
Establish and communicate schedules.
Open, distribute, scan and route mail.
Order office supplies (if applicable).
Show proficiency in utilizing resources and software to generate reports and/or other requested information.
Invoice premiums related to clients.
Complete routinely daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as assigned.
Research and resolve policy discrepancies.
Monitor real-time call arrival patterns to ensure satisfactory service levels. Keep manuals and carrier information up to date and retain knowledge of carrier and industry changes.
Retrieve information from carrier websites, as required, and keep our Client Management system appropriately updated.
Maintain production goals for completing work, while maintaining high quality. Support service and production team in reaching overall agency revenue and retention goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental systems, related technology, and policies and procedures.
Perform other duties, as assigned.

Strong organizational skills
High school graduate or equivalent
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.
