Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor at Gary Crossley Ford, you will be the primary point of contact for our service department customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support throughout their visit. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with service management software and tools.
