As a Recruiter, you will partner with internal business groups to provide full life cycle recruiting, aiming to attract and hire diverse, innovative talent. Your goal is to deliver a "best in class" recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
Advise and influence hiring managers using organizational knowledge and labor market insights.
Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract diverse talent.
Lead diversity initiatives by collaborating with internal and external groups, ensuring diverse candidate slates, and coaching hiring managers to eliminate bias.
Advocate for candidates, emphasizing values and transferable skills.
Develop sourcing strategies that meet current business needs and build targeted talent pipelines for future requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews, ensuring a positive and thorough assessment experience.
Qualifications:
5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and attracting diverse talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Ability to influence and coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Strong understanding of labor markets and organizational needs.
Commitment to promoting diversity and eliminating bias in hiring decisions.
Proficiency in conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting for various corporate positions, including Product roles and Data & Analytics.
