Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a ASSISTANT UNIT SUPERVISOR (7am-3pm)
****$10,000 Sign-On Bonus**** We're seeking a dedicated and qualified RN to join our team as an Assistant Unit Supervisor in our Sub-Acute Rehab Unit. This full-time (37.5 hours/week) position offers professional development and the chance to make a real difference. Join our team and make a lasting impact! We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development. The Assistant Unit Supervisor aids the Unit Supervisor with clinical rounds focusing on high-risk patients. The Assistant Unit Supervisor maintains unit records (RCC, MDS, pharmacy, immunizations, etc.) and completes/audits documentation of Electronic Health Records. This position enhances the standard of patient care on this fast-paced unit in alignment with our mission and vision
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Unit Supervisor on clinical rounds, focusing on high-risk patients.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date unit records, including RCC, MDS, pharmacy, immunizations, etc. Maintain meticulous documentation within the Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Champion a high standard of patient care, aligning with our unit's mission and vision.
• Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Must have the confidence and ability to learn to lead and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Equivalent combination of education
