Job Description:
Location: Aliquippa, PA
Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually
Description: EHS Manager
Responsibilities:
- Administer monthly attendance and safety incentive programs.
- Enforce company policies, dress codes, work rules, safety rules, and ethics.
- Support the daily operations of the company-wide EH&S program.
- Monitor and document compliance with OSHA, Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive measures.
- Prepare required reports for corporate headquarters.
- Collaborate with management and employees to foster a safety culture and enhance safety awareness.
- Maintain and update the library of safety and environmental documentation.
- Document and monitor prevention training and report on accidents and injuries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 3 years of experience managing an industrial safety program.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in an ABET-accredited Safety program.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective safety programs and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong team player with excellent work ethics.
