Position Purpose As a Corporate Recruiter for LONG’s business units across multiple states, you will serve as a subject matter expert for matching exceptional talent with key positions within our growing construction-related environment. You will work to ensure the sourcing, screening and acquisition of top candidates by understanding our manager’s specific business objectives and hiring needs. An outgoing personality, good listening skills, experience sourcing, and creativity will help ensure success in this role. Pay Range: $57,000 - $85,000 plus potential profit share. Source, screen, and interview candidates using Jobvite applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop strategies to attract top talent based their needs, challenges, budgets, and business strategy
Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, including outreach, record-keeping, and reporting requirements.
Manage applicant flow logs and other necessary data to demonstrate compliance during audits.
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage job postings, track candidate status, and document recruitment activities.
Actively search for candidates using LinkedIn, resume boards, university and college campuses, craigslist, job postings, and the internal referral program
Introduce creativity and innovation to the recruiting process through employer brand improvement, unique search strategies, and problem solving for hard-to-fill positions.
Leverage the ATS for applicant communication, candidate marketing initiatives and other creative strategies.
Research, recommend, and manage external vendors for staff augmentation and contractors, on an as-needed basis
Partner with the HR team to ensure successful onboarding of new team members.
Develop reporting and data analysis as needed, and assist with projects for the department (e.g. open enrollment, career pathing, training, compensation analysis, etc.)
Track recruiting metrics and conversion rates to maintain and improve the efficacy of LONG’s recruitment efforts
Develop and assist with high school, university/college recruitment relationships/programs
Coach and mentor managers on interviewing and selection best practices which may include training of staff.
Train hiring managers and team members on Jobvite functionalities and compliance best practices.
Partner with marketing to get focused content for recruitment efforts, as needed.
Prepare and submit OFCCP-required reports, including the annual affirmative action plan and applicant disposition reports.
Stay updated on OFCCP regulations and industry trends, ensuring the organization remains compliant and competitive.
5-10% local travel to job fairs with one to two overnight opportunities may be available.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of successful full life-cycle recruitment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume, fast-paced, specialized skills environment
Experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System software (ATS). Jobvite experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills with employees at every level of the company
High level of confidentiality.
Strong understanding OFCCP, EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action laws and application as it relates to recruitment.
Must have existing conceptual technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems or related field, OR proven ability to quickly learn new technical information and apply that knowledge while recruiting.
Strong computer literacy including Outlook, Word, Excel, LinkedIn, web search, and Boolean search.
A hunter mentality.

Experience in Affirmative Action Plans
Experience recruiting in the HVAC, Construction, or Electrical industries
HR certification(s), a plus
Physical Requirements
This work may involve sitting for extended periods, bending or kneeling.
This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
