The Director Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) for the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) acceleration is primarily responsible for ensuring that the maturity of the end-to-end IBP process framework gets accelerated from some if the critical elements within the ISC function. Main elements, but not limited to, are:
1. Product Segmentation across all BU portfolio's, critical for driving decision making, differentiation, and prioritization in different aspects of the IBP process 2. Long Term Capacity Planning maturity as a key building block, feeding into the "IBP Supply Review" process. This includes the data collection & maintenance discipline, analytical capability and review routine 3. IBP Supply Response, being an outcome of the IBP process, providing feedback to the regional teams on SKU level supply feasibility, after demand-supply balancing and Platform allocation decisions, allowing a closed-loop input into the constrained Financial Business Planning process 4. Establishing a weekly discipline of the S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) process, allowing the careful steering of the execution of the IBP plans, allowing clear visibility on the market supply and Available to Promise. Connecting continuous demand sensing in the regions, with weekly manufacturing supply performance and "Fair Share Allocation" execution, maximizing OTIF, inventory health and service performance to the regional markets.
The role will ensure that the company's IBP process gets upgraded and fed with world class capabilities in the ISC function. The role is a key business partner to the ISC Leadership Team and the Global Supply Chain leadership team.
He/She will be involved in the review of Demand forecast by the respective business units and will ensure discipline of matching constrained supply signals, driving alignment with financial and strategic business objectives. To support this, it is expected to support innovation in the digital transformation with advanced analytics and new technologies.
As part of IBP, this role will partner with Global BU's, and play an influential role in working with Global BU & Regional SC teams. The role will understand demand/supply changes and manage process escalations. In partnership with the various leadership teams, he/she will work to ensure gaps are escalated with courage for decision making and resolved in a timely manner in the different BU Management Business Reviews.
He/she plays a key role in developing supply chain talents. Working collaboratively with the Global BU and Regional SC Leaders, he/she will create a lean, adaptive, learning organization. The goal is to elevate end-to-end planning capabilities and leadership maturity of the different teams, to support future growth and complexity for BD. This leadership role embraces & leads change during supply chain transformation and pursuit of business excellence. The role will be expected to plan and lead strategic initiatives and radical change. In addition, he/she will also be working collaboratively with operations (manufacturing, procurement, customer service, Logistics and Supply chain) to plan and execute strategies measured by core supply chain key performance indicators and aligned to strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
Product Segmentation across all BU portfolio's, critical for driving decision making, differentiation, and prioritization in different aspects of the IBP process
The ISC IBP Acceleration Leader is expected to set standards on how to prepare and execute the Product Segmentation
This involves defining data harmonization and analytical tools to support this process step
The process steps are to be documented and described in standards of work, which also include the engagement and decision making aspects with the BU leadership teams (specifically Global VP/GM Platform Leaders)
Next to that, the leader plays a coaching role to support the BU Global Supply Chain leaders, who are the owners in their respective BU processes of this review, to execute this review on at least an annual basis (part of ASR, updated during the year when needed)
Long Term Capacity Planning maturity as a key building block, feeding into the "IBP Supply Review" process.
The role supports the data collection, process discipline, analytical capability and review routine of the long term capacity planning process
This includes clearly defining the how and what of the different elements of "Capacity" in the IBP process, aligned to the concepts and existing data standards in the company around capacity management
The leader will ensure, in collaboration with the Strategy & Transformation Support Team, that the various data building blocks of assessing capacity of manufacturing production lines are up to date at all times and collected where needed from the different owners (eg nominal speed, shift patterns, OEE glidepaths, Net Requirements, ...)
The core success of this capability lies in the monthly review and decision making of the demonstrated and projected utilization rates of the core production lines, aligned to the Product Segmentation priorities defined
The process has involvement of the Global Industrial Engineering team (GIE) and provides a strong linkage to the corporate CAPEX investment decision process
IBP Supply Response , being an outcome of the IBP process, providing feedback to the regional teams on SKU level supply feasibility, after demand-supply balancing and Platform allocation decisions, allowing a closed-loop input into the constrained Financial Business Planning process
The role will ensure a disciplined output of each BU IBP process gets shared monthly with the Regional supply chain teams on the constrained supply (after fair share allocation if needed) they are to expect
This will include looking at optimal format, tool and data automation to most efficiently deliver the information and insights to the regional organizations
The goal is to provide a closed-loop input to the quarterly (constrained) financial revenue planning process
Establishing a weekly discipline of the S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) process, allowing the careful steering of the execution of the IBP plans, allowing clear visibility on the market supply and Available to Promise
The role will work with different ISC teams to ensure weekly processes are in place to connect continuous demand sensing in the regions, with weekly manufacturing supply performance and "Fair Share Allocation" execution, maximizing OTIF, inventory health and service performance to the regional markets
Qualifications:
>8 years progressive management experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing or sourcing
>3 years experience leading a global or regional SIOP/IBP that has a P&L impact
>3 years experience managing supply chain performance transformation or change management in complex environment
Master degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Supply chain. MBA is a plus
Good balance of strategy and tactics to achieve both long-term and short-term performance objectives
Independent and autonomous in driving global and regional Supply Chain priorities
Knowledgeable in ERP, MRP and advanced analytics and of integrated supply chain systems (Kinaxis, SAP SCM/APO)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with effective communication skills
Good business acumen (finance and marketing understanding), and demonstrates ability to work effectively with others
Has experience in customer facing interaction
Demonstrate good leadership attributes and experience managing in matrix organization through the ability to influence without authority
Demonstrates growth mindset and servant leadership
Foster collaboration and innovation
Occasional Travel internationally
