Compensation Range
Hourly: $20.00 - $20.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The Bank Operations department is the back-end team responsible for executing and settling transactions initiated by the front-end teams. The Summer Intern position will rotate through three or more business units in the Operations division to gain analytical, technical, customer support and project management experience.
Essential Functions
Utilization of data mining, report design, data research & analysis to support multiple departments
Review of statistical and financial reporting structure for enhancements or consolidation opportunities
Participation in day-to-day maintenance of applications (Access databases, Excel workbooks, budgeting software, MPC, and Business Objects) including system parameters, permissions, and general support
Providing updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), including internal controls and operational analysis to various groups within Bank Operations
Implementing process enhancements and providing deliverables to LOBs across the enterprise by way of small, independent projects
Conducting annual permission audits of system or building access
Direct support to internal or external customers in call center environment, including inquiry, troubleshooting, issue routing and call escalation or review for customer accounts
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hybrid/Flexible, with days on site varying by rotational assignment

Strong problem-solving and logic-based reasoning skills
Clear and concise oral and written documentation
Comfortable in an agile environment, moving between multiple assignments
Ability to build relationships across staffing levels, business lines, job functions, and stakeholders

Intermediate-to-advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SharePoint & Teams
Education & Experience
Working towards a degree in a business, finance, or fintech related field
Prior work experience preferred
