Position Overview:
They are seeking a Commercial Estimator with 3-5 years of experience in estimating Hardbid and public commercial work. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, ready to take on challenges and grow within the company. You will receive training but are expected to take initiative and run with projects independently.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Hardbid and public commercial projects.


• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements.


• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.


• Lead and mentor junior estimators, with the potential to build and manage a team.


• Participate in bid reviews and presentations.


• Maintain and update estimating databases and tools.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial estimating, specifically Hardbid and public commercial projects.


• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a team.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Flexible and eager to learn in a supportive work environment.
