ALL4 is seeking an influential and results-driven sales leader to join our team as the Director of Sales. This pivotal role involves spearheading our Business Development strategy, leading regional sales teams, driving sustainable growth, and fostering a culture of excellence within the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) consulting space. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading high-performing sales teams, building client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to address client needs. While location is flexible, it is preferred to have the Sales Director work in an ALL4 office in a hybrid capacity (i.e., 2-3 days in the office).
Requirements:
New Business Development & Lead Generation
Develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans to achieve and exceed growth objectives within specified time frames.
Lead the creation of sales strategies for target accounts, aligning them with overall business goals.
Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key decision-makers and buyers of EHS consulting services.
Meet direct sales objectives by analyzing client needs, gathering data, and developing and presenting tailored solutions.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ZoomInfo, and other tools to track key sales metrics, implement target industry strategies, and monitor progress.
Enhance the company's market presence and capabilities on local, regional, national, and international scales.
Account Management, Expansion & Strategic Growth
Achieve assigned targets for profitable account retention and expansion revenue while exceeding objectives for named accounts.
Foster and sustain long-term client relationships, ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis, identifying opportunities for value-added solutions.
Lead client stewardship meetings to maintain strong communication, accountability, and alignment with client goals.
Execute project management activities to ensure successful project delivery within budget and established timelines. Tasks include pre-project planning, stakeholder engagement, status updates, change management, deliverable submission, and invoicing.
Collaboration & Leadership
Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the Global Growth Team to drive performance and achieve growth targets; exhibit ALL4's core values.
Empower and guide team members in deal qualification, expectation setting, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Key Metrics for Success
Sales Performance: New business generation, client retention, and account expansion in the direct market.
Revenue Growth: Achieve year-over-year revenue growth for both existing and new accounts.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance client relationships, delivering measurable value through innovative solutions
Duties and Responsibilities
>10 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in the environmental, engineering, or business-related field.
Demonstrated experience managing a sales organization, developing action plans, and executing them effectively to achieve growth targets.
Desire to lead a sales team and ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
Proven track record of generating revenue and building long-term client relationships in a competitive environment and leading, developing, and motivating teams.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations, market trends, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with executive level management and comfortable making cold calls.
Familiarity and proficiency with CRM systems.
High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of business development professionals.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
