Job Title: Project Manager


Location: Remote




Duration: Contract (12-month duration)
Pay rate: $50.00/hr on W2




Manager's Notes:



  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.

  • Extensive project management experience.

  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

  • Skilled in coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure successful implementations.

  • Experience providing status updates to C-Level executives.

  • Proficient in data analysis with advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and interpretive abilities.

  • Experience with B2B software is a plus.




PRIMARY PURPOSE:



The Project Manager will manage, support, and service project assignments through completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. This role involves administering processes to measure and manage customer satisfaction, identifying, analyzing, and reporting trends, and providing interpretation of data to recommend improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution and coordinating all related activities to meet the needs of both internal teams and external clients.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Project Management: Identify required resources and research project data, procedures, and history to ensure a thorough understanding of project direction. Prepare and manage project plans from initiation through to successful completion.


  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis, including identifying and recognizing trends across multiple offices for national client operations. Monitor and assess data for accuracy and integrity.


  • Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress to involved parties. Deliver both oral and written presentations of project results to stakeholders.


  • Collaboration: Assist Program Managers in resolving issues as they arise. Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project implementation and success.


  • Training & Transition Support: Provide training to colleagues as needed and assist with the transition of programs when required.


  • Trend Reporting: Identify, analyze, and report on trends to ensure operational success and drive continuous improvement.




ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Support the organization's quality programs and initiatives.

  • Travel may be required depending on project needs.




SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Administer company personnel policies and follow staffing standards and training recommendations.

  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and performance development for team members.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to colleagues.




QUALIFICATIONS:




Education & Licensing:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

  • Majors in Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or courses in Computer Sciences preferred.


Experience:



  • A minimum of 6 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least 2 years of general business experience with a focus on data analysis or planning.


Skills & Knowledge:



  • In-depth knowledge of related field procedures, insurance-related procedures, and/or managed care systems and operations.

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and data analysis techniques with advanced Excel skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and general PC literacy.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpretive skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.
