RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a health care services company headquartered in New York, NY, is seeking a Corporate Treasurer leader (VP or Director level).

Summary:
This is a complex multi entity company that has massive funding. This dynamic growth company has a leadership team that has created a friendly and collaborative culture. You will work with the best of the best including a world class CFO. This office has a hybrid work schedule.

Duties will include:

• Build cash flow monitoring and forecasting tools and processes


• Embed all core Treasury processes in the management of cash, working capital and financial risk management


• Actively manage the company's liquidity forecasting process ensuring its accuracy and timeliness


• Manage daily activities/borrowing needs to facilitate an efficient use of cash


• Lead evaluation of efficiency initiatives


• Develop, maintain and monitor treasury operational policies and procedures ensuring a robust control environment


• Automation of the banking platform and facilitate operational efficiencies


• Support the daily and monthly close process


• Ensure accurate and timely processing of wire/ACH payments and Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantees administration


• Analysis of weekly/monthly/quarterly variance to forecast/budget

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance or Accounting or in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting


• MBA/CPA a plus


• Proven experience as a Treasury Director, Vice President or similar position


• 10+ years of managerial experience, including 5+years of experience of Treasury


• Health care services experience preferred


• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, team orientated, collaborative environment


• Motivated Self Starter able to work with minimal supervision


• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to collaborate successfully across all levels of business


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• ERP experience


• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
