Performs a variety of responsible administrative and training functions to support the District Office to ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company mandated training requirements. The job will perform a variety of administration functions, including but not limited to the following: Serving as LMS administrator managing certification and training accesses, assignments, and records; certifications and training; and processing government-issued clearances. Works as an integral part of the District Office staff and human resources function in supporting the District.

Core Duties Include:
Audits and ensures compliance with training to include but not limited to CPR/AED/First Aid certifications, general company training, applicable state/local licensing training, driving records, NISPOM Refresher Briefings, foreign travel briefings, and criminal and DMV reports
Enters and maintains certification information in the employee database and employee files
Provides all clearance processing support for the District, including requesting PSIs, conducting SF86 reviews with applicants, setting up appointments, processing fingerprints and archival signatures, and conducting periodic reviews.
Hires new employees into the employee database
Administers the learning management system (LMS) to include creating accounts for new users, assigning training courses, recording courses completed outside the LMS, and tracking all course completions
Serves as a liaison for third-party suppliers for electronic fingerprinting, scheduling, and coordinating the fingerprinting of outside customers.
Cross-trains with District Office administrative staff and is cross-trained in other administrative support functions within the District Office.
Performs other administrative tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as applicable
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Basic Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship preferred
Ability to acquire and maintain the required level of Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance. Must have a minimum of an active Interim Secret granted.
Ability to acquire and maintain any other specific special clearances/access requirements.
Education/Experience
Associate degree and two or more years of progressively responsible business experience, or a n equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements
