A Sales Representative is responsible for developing BradyPLUS’ growing Jan/San, foodservice and packaging segments. Working with the local CRM, sales representatives will follow up on leads, identify key markets, and use BradyPLUS sales process to grow the division. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new leads, developing key relationships, and identifying and resolving customer concerns.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinates with Sales Manager to drive and support corporate programs with a focus on chemicals, paper, food service, packaging, and other key janitorial segments.
Develops and implements plans to penetrate sales in Hospitality, Industrial, Health Care, Public Sector, Education and Foodservice Industries.
Sets sales and gross margins goals for the territory, develops, and implements sales programs and helps develop, drive, and support corporate programs and strategy.
Focus on BradyPLUS core vendor lines - chemical, soap, liners, paper, and foodservice disposable sales.
Understanding the sales process and taking a proactive approach to hunting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and following up on business.
Increase product knowledge to help customers navigate alternatives and avoid potential pitfalls.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.
Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, sales contracts, contract activation, service contracts maintenance, status reports, sales activity reports, sales goals, sales closings and sales follow-up calls.
Collaboratively works with manufacturers to expand and develop market share for key manufacturers that the company promotes.
Works collaboratively with marketing on sales related materials.
Works collaboratively with the contracts department
Identifies and resolves client concerns.
Identifies white space and GAP Analysis opportunities for customer penetration and organic growth.
Manages customer price files and cost to customer.
Communicate with procurement teams to proactively plan for customer inventory demands.
Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma required, college degree in sales/marketing or business preferred.
2-5 years of related sales or related experience, or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Must be licensed to operate a vehicle.
Must have and maintain “satisfactory” driving record.

CRM experience preferred, knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
