Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for an onsite, contract to permanent role with our client in Chattanooga, TN. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.


The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant legal experience. Essential duties include:

• Drafting of legal documents, correspondence, memos, etc.


• Drafting various pleadings and incorporation of documents


• Trial preparation to include organizing discovery documents, preparing exhibits,


• bates labeling, organization of client files, etc.


• Filing and recording documents with the appropriate offices/courts


• Maintaining client documents and emails in client workspaces


• Preparation of case notebooks and deposition summaries

Essential skills include working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, effective written and oral communication, and organization.
