Major/Essential Functions
Assist in conducting molecular and cellular biology experiments, including cell culture, Western blotting, qPCR, immunohistochemistry, and microscopy.
Participate in in vivo studies, including animal handling and brain tissue collection.
Perform biochemical assays to assess mitochondrial function and protein interactions in AD models.
Contribute to data collection, entry, and analysis using software tools like GraphPad, ImageJ, and Microsoft Excel.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and manuscripts related to the research findings.
Collaborate with the research team on project design, troubleshooting, and interpretation of experimental results.
Perform other research-related duties as assigned by the principal investigator.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with neurobiology or mitochondrial research is beneficial, though training will be provided.
