Overview



This is a seasonal position from early April 2025 to early November 2025. I-94 must be valid till April 1. This posting is for IN COUNTRY H2Bs only, if you are out of country your application will NOT be considered. If you do not need visa sponsorship, please apply to the regular posting.


Housing provided at $10/day.


Pay rate $16/HR.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.


Summary:


Front Desk Agents will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, answering the phones and directing calls appropriately, greeting members and guests, assisting with reservations and luggage, distributing hotel information and schedules, collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis, contacting housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems, issuing room keys and escort instructions to bellhops, posting charges, such as as those for rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls, to ledgers manually or by using computers, keeping records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers, recording guest comments or complaints, reconciling, investigating, and resolving all guest accounts, including verifying the accuracy of the accounts and balancing charges and revenues, and conducting nightly audits.

Qualifications





  • Must have at least three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
