Job Summary
Primary contact and liaison between finance and operations regarding inventory count variances, monthly reconciliations, and all inventory related functions. Supporting the Finance for performing multiple general accounting functions.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for monthly inventory reconciliation and posting for approximately 20 sites
Review and update product BOM's
Item creation, setup, and maintenance
Review and update product Standards
Running and preparing month end reports
Entering Purchase Orders when needed
Special projects and other accounting functions as required
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to multi-task, be detailed oriented and possess strong organization skills
Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company
Sitting for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Some travel may be required
