The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Change and Communications Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives for Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement.

  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Training Support: Provide support to process leaders in delivering training to employees and suppliers, ensuring understanding and compliance with S2P processes.

  • Supplier Communications: Oversee communication with suppliers regarding policy updates, process changes, and relevant S2P information.

  • Policy Updates & Stakeholder Engagement: Support the creation and dissemination of policy updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Communications, Business Administration, Change Management a private, public, government or military environment.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of Communications, Business Administration, Change Management a private, public, government or military environment.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 5 years of experience within StP or procurement

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences

  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials.

  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

  • Ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications and documentation.

Work location: Remote - United States

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
