The Lead Analyst responsible for Wholesale Regulated Reviews is involved in a complicated process which often requires several interactions with our customers as well as Legal and Collections negotiations. They will oversee a more in-depth review required by the Regulated Analyst, including:
Current YTD billing
Prior year billing totals
Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
Determine what states they are billing in and reviewing of the contracts or Tariffs that govern that billing along with their deposit language
Confirming deposit amounts
Determining financial risk when financial statements are available
Determining credit risk
If the deposit is a Bank Letter of Credit ("LOC") or Surety Bond ("SB") verifying that in legal instrument is still valid and the amount is adequate for the risk involved
If an additional amount is required, contacting the customer, following up to make sure the additional amount is received
If a refund or reduction is warranted, getting with customer and sometimes the institution to bring this about
Dealing with customer or other AT&T departments as issues arise throughout the year
Collections - they are having difficulty in collecting past due balance, do we have other contacts, can we do another review to seek additional deposit to bring them back to the negotiating table, can we apply the current deposit, then seek additional
Legal - changes occur with certain customers,

Contracts - does a customer's proposed change to a contract effect deposits
Participate in cross functional teams within AT&T: Legal, Sales, Collections, Billings, Disputes, Treasury, Corporate Strategy, etc.
This position will also be responsible for Large Business Credit monthly reporting.
