This position is a Regional Operations Manager within our Wayne Dalton division. It is responsible for the implementation of our Company Core Business Strategy, to achieve operating revenue goals and top line sales. This position reports to the Wayne Dalton Vice President of Sales and will be directly responsible for dealer strategy, sales performance and margin enhancement in the Central territory. Position will be located near a major airport. You must live in the Region and relocation is not available.

The Western United States with locations as follows: Union City, CA / Boise, ID / Northridge, CA / Chino, CA / Portland, OR / Sacramento, CA / Salt Lake City, UT / Santa Ana, CA / Fife, WA.Qualifications
Related Building Supply industries, Capitol Equipment Sales, IT, Computer Science or Engineering related experience would also be considered.
Candidate should be able to show a career path of progressively increasing promotions and responsibilities. References as requested.
Extended experience in manufacturing, sales and marketing, engineering management or finance related positions would be considered for this position.
Outstanding negotiation skills and excellent analytical ability to identify and exploit key opportunities; skilled in influencing, persuasion, negotiation and problem resolution.
Must possess excellent problem solving skills and a strong team orientation.
Candidate will be self-motivated with the energy to lead. Ability to hire, develop and manage a team.
