Role/ Department: Workforce Planning Senior Consultant, HR Workforce Analytics/HR Planning and Strategy

As a member of the team, this position will play an important role in helping leverage vast troves of data to generate insights and inform decisioning-making for internal clients across the globe.

As the Workforce Planning Senior Consultant you will play a pivotal role in determining our organization's strategic workforce planning initiatives, optimizing our workforce to ensure efficiency goals are achieved, and crafting an effective structure built for agility and scale. You will act as a trusted advisor and influencer, having the ability to work cross-functionally and forge relationships with key partners across our Finance, Productivity, HR and Operations teams. You will find creative and innovative solutions for crafting efficiencies in our resource utilization and implement strategies for optimizing our staffing resources. The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Own the development and execution of a comprehensive resource planning strategy to optimize workforce utilization and improve the cost efficiency of our operations
• Drive innovation through the adoption of new, or enhanced, processes and tools. Implement procedures, expand utilization of tools, and ensure effective implementation and administration across critical teams
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision making. Consistently achieve service level performance by providing key partners with accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support both strategic and tactical plans

Skills/Qualifications:
• 5+ years of demonstrable and practical experience in the Data and Analytics domain
• 5+ years of experience as a consulting leader involved in stakeholder management, relationship development and delivery of client work
• 3+ years in utilizing data science tools such as Python, R, Spark, and SQL
Experience developing data-driven presentations and delivering them to large audiences
• Experience designing and implementing reporting solutions with strong data visualization skills
• Self-starter looking to develop and apply analytical frameworks to help solve complex open-ended business questions with relevant data
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science)
