Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Instructional/Content Designer to join their team. Candidate must be onsite twice a week to be considered. Qualified candidate should have the following qaulificatitons.



Required Skills:

• 3+ years' experience as an Instructional/Content Designer


• Must have experience utilizing Articulate (Storyline 360 and Rise 360)


• Ability to collaborate with SME's to translate technical info into training content


• Experience creating content for e-learnings


• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of L&D best practices such as ADDIE


• Needs to have strong attention to detail


• 
  Must have portfolio
  

Desired Skills:

• Experience creating job aids and infographics


• Exposure to energy industry or another industry that is highly regulated


• Experience creating content while maintaining compliance
