Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting incoming customers with their product inquiries, processing orders, and upselling additional services or upgrades. This is not a traditional sales position-there are no cold calls, lead generation, or negotiations involved. Instead, you will work closely with existing customers who have already expressed interest in purchasing our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and emails, providing product knowledge and recommendations.


• Process customer orders accurately while identifying opportunities to suggest upgrades or additional services.


• Ask clarifying questions to ensure customers receive the best product options for their needs (e.g., materials, insulation, customizations).


• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the company.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and addressing concerns professionally.


• Collaborate with the team to stay updated on product changes and customer preferences.


• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to upselling, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 
  Bilingual (Spanish/English) STRONGLY preferred but not required.


• Experience in a customer service role with a focus on upselling or suggestive selling-inside sales experience is a plus!


• Strong communication skills with the ability to ask thoughtful, clarifying questions.


• A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.


• Punctuality and excellent attendance are non-negotiable.


• Thick skin and the ability to handle a variety of customer personalities with confidence and a positive attitude.
