Inside Bi-lingual Sales Professional

Salary: $24.75 per/hr.

Job-Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm, paid 30-minute lunch included

Role Summary:

Blue Mound Graphics is seeking an inside bi-lingual Spanish/English sales professional who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about their work. You will act as part of a team or individually to accomplish goals. This person will be able to interact in a positive and helpful manner with our customers and potential customers. They will also perform data entry and filing with great attention to detail to ensure information stays accurate and organized. As a valued member of our team this individual is required to proofread all documents for accuracy before delivery to our customers. There is the potential to go out-of-state for sales conventions and meet face-to-face with customers.

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in Spanish/English, oral and written
  • Phone sales experience
  • Writing, editing, and familiarity with editorial style manuals. If there is a mistake, you catch it
  • Data-entry skills: ability to work with accuracy and speed
  • Time management ability and attention to detail
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Associated degree preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Pull reports and manage potential sale leads
  • Answer and make calls in a professional manner to receive sales and build business relationships
  • Transfer data from paper format to computer files or database system
  • Enter data provided directly from customers on the phone
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing information
  • Receive and prepare copy for customers by performing quality checks for accuracy of content
  • Work proactively to solve problems both independently and as part of a team
  • Investigate and solve issues for customers
  • Manage and respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and faxes
  • Write business correspondence for customers and team members
  • Maintain discretion with customers and company’s information
  • Follow company procedures
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Perform any other duties assigned
