This role supports order management for our Volume Driver Program, ensuring accurate paperwork and timely order processing.

You'll work closely with our Industrial Sales Team, Warehouses, and Transportation Team Members, and respond to customer inquiries. • This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter Volume Driver Promotional products within 24 hours


• Work closely with Sqwincher Warehouse as well as 3rd Party Warehouse


• Correspond with customers when program requirements are not met


• Correspond with customers regarding order fulfillment and shipping information


• Escalate priority issues and report to management


• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent working experience


• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a sales administration or customer service setting


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related customer service software tools
