In support of the Vice President of Professional Services, we are seeking a Program Analyst with experience in supporting DOD/Marine Corps acquisition logistics programs and life cycle management events; familiarization with acquisition policy/principles, and interfacing with government principals.
The ideal candidate is an action-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant who has advanced to directly working on, or in support of, contracts with the Marine Corps or other DoD agencies. The candidate will work directly with the Vice President for Professional Services in managing all administrative, analytical, and programmatic requirements of all contracts at MLT. This position requires the exceptional initiative, integrity, trust, discretion, and intuition.
The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Draft, modify, review, and/or recommend changes to documentation in support of MLT contracts and Program Management Reviews (PMRs)).
• Review of technical information for accuracy, adequacy, and completeness.
• Recommend changes to include improvements to existing documentation related to product development and/or procedures.
• Prepare agendas and executive summaries, conduct presentation of materials and action item tracking as well as coordination, scheduling, and conduct of meetings, and draft meeting minutes.
• Responsible for collecting, collaborating and maintaining updates into MLT's Risk Management tool system, conduct risk reporting, and status reporting in support of designed program management and risk management events.
• Annotate tasks and action items, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure the task tracker is updated after each meeting.
• Manage pages and file folders in PreVeil and SharePoint, to include investigating errors, maintaining/organizing site content, provide weekly status reports in staffing, program budgets, travel, recruiting, and Program Management Reviews (PMSs), and others as required.
• Develop Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Compile and format costs estimates in Excel, schedules in Project, briefs in PowerPoint, and reports in Word.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience relevant to the task responsibilities listed above
• Tradeoff for Bachelor’s degree is 4 additional years of experience
• Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
Specific/Preferred Requirements:
• The applicant must have working knowledge of corporate programs in contracting.
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or on a team in a dynamic environment and with multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, and Teams).
