We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers flexibility, with the ability to create your own schedule within the required operating hours.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance duties, including:
Minor electrical repairs (changing light fixtures, troubleshooting minor electrical issues)Minor plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, unclogging drains)Painting and touch-up workBasic carpentry and repairsGroundskeeping maintenance (as needed)Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks
