Job Description:

Property Maintenance:Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to company standards.Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing HVAC filters, light bulbs, troubleshooting Wi-Fi/TV issues, refilling propane tanks, and maintaining exterior common areas.Coordinate with the Property Services Manager for major maintenance issues, scheduling contractors or vendors as needed.Oversee preventative maintenance schedules.Manage inventory of household items.
Housekeeping Coordination:Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure properties are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.Report guest damages and property deficiencies to appropriate teams.
Guest Services:Respond to and resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.Coordinate with the Guest Services team as needed.
Owner Relations:Maintain open communication with property owners, providing regular updates on property performance and addressing owner concerns.Work closely with the Owner Relations team to ensure owner satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:Utilize property management software to efficiently manage tasks, schedules, and communication.Maintain accurate and detailed property records.Adhere to company policies and procedures.
On-Call Responsibilities:Participate in on-call rotation to address urgent guest issues and property emergencies.
